02 / WHAT WE COLLECT
We collect the minimum needed to run the site: anonymous usage statistics via Google Tag Manager (only with your consent) and any information you voluntarily send us by email. We do not run accounts, forms or newsletters, so we do not store registration data.
03 / ANALYTICS
If you accept cookies, Google Tag Manager (which may load Google Analytics) (provided by Google LLC) collects anonymised usage data such as pages visited, approximate region, device and browser type. IP addresses are anonymised. If you reject cookies, no analytics data is collected.
04 / LEGAL BASIS
We process analytics data on the basis of your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Email correspondence is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to you (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
05 / RETENTION
Analytics data is retained according to our Google Tag Manager settings (14 months by default). Email conversations are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
06 / YOUR RIGHTS
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@draftslab.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
